Building something on this scale seems completely out of proportion; looking at various online sources, the Gwent force only has around 2100 officers and staff - probably rarely more than a third on duty at any one time i guess. Looks as though they could all park here ! And nurses have to pay for parking - something wrong somewhere. The first guy in the car was a real jobsworth; PC1196 just really, really scary 🤣 The inspector seemed very reasonable; can't blame him for not answering about budgets - no doubt the politically motivated top brass would demote him to lollipop man 😱 Very enlightening video 👍

When accosted by two or more you should require one of them to identify as senior/taking responsibility and then respond ONLY to that one. Otherwise, you can never be in real control becase they will simply bounce you around one to another. You allow this to happen every fuckin' time.
