Synopsis: Genius scientist Sejeong lives with her cyborg husband Sungmin. She erased Sungmin’s memories and inputted new customized memories and information of her choosing, so she is able to enjoy a blissful marriage. Then someone Sejeong and Sungmin knew before he became a cyborg starts coming to their home. This person tries to correct Sungmin’s distorted memories while Sejeong tries to stop her. Sungmin, in the meantime, starts lying like a human being. What happened before Sungmin was turned into a cyborg?

How come the story is so smooth while compressing all these events in 1 hour. It could be a drama indeed but this is just enough 😊😊
I've been going through these comments and I'm like totally agree with almost everybody's comments like it's true these drama specials are done so well that really and truly it can be like a 16 episode art but it's one hour and you feel like it's like a lifetime.
Yeah 1 episode was enough cause if it was a drama they would drag the whole thing and it might get messed up.

Although this storyline is fictitious, it clearly reflects true human emotions that one witnesses when he/she really longs for that person. The very greed of hers to have him and her guilt in the end just had me there! She just wanted to be happy. These natural feelings that one feels, this was definitely a master piece :)
Korean drama always amazed me when it comes with storyline,characters itself,the plot,evrything is perfect so its a yes for me.

Oh my god same here. I really hated the ex girlfriend. She was calling the wife a psycho path and the psycho was the other way round. Thank god he didn’t went the second time to use her cause I almost wanted to k!ll him 😂
That was the worst part of the movie for me. Why would she want to kill herself after she discovered that the guy truly loves her and told her she makes him happy? It makes you wonder if the only human person in the family is the dad.

This is such an amazing drama . I can't even get over it. When we thought he would kill her.he wiped her tear and when thought she will kill him she killed herself, and the ending was really something I didn"t even imagine that and I really got surprised by that red light .
The lights were blinking not because they were lying but because what they were saying or doing was not part of how they were programmed. Or there was a change on their feelings or emotions. *anyways this drama is superb! More dramas like this please*

I really love the storyline of this special drama. Since after watching it for the first time, I have revisited this drama countless times and rewatched many of the scenes from it. I just find the plot and the acting so exceptional!

This is the first drama special that touched my heart I thought i could hold my tears back from the part where she'll be drinking the water and the part where Sungmin didnt continue to tangle her wife. It was the most heartbreaking part. I was so speechless. I repeatedly watch the movie specially the last part where her father cried, until evening.
I can't get over from it. It is soooooo nice.

metaphorically speaking a woman has to die a thousand times to maintain a difficult relationship.... but this is just extraordinary love story... love it.

So true and you if you didn't realize before how much you loved her you really realize after when she does commit suicide cuz he's like he loves her so much he's willing to bring her back the same way he was brought back the only thing cuz it looks like the mother doesn't know about it looks like the father knows but the mother doesn't.
The ultimate, basic need of humankind, To Love & Be Loved!!! Will indeed high technology & electronic power save us, like how the dad saved her again? In the Real World, only GOD can save us, in JESUS name! Though our bodies go down the grave, our souls live on, in hell or in heaven! If we believe & follow JESUS CHRIST, though we may die, we will live forever, eternally! GOD Is Love, Love Is Life & Life Is Love! No where else do we evolve & revolve!!! LOVE Is The KEY!!!

it was a roller coaster ride type of drama. It's weird but i love how it gives me this thrilling emotions.. it's the best so far, because most of the drama special i've watched it doesn't give me excitement at all and the ending of most of dramas are cliff hangers.
Cry like a baby and I actually skipped closer to the end cuz I didn't have the patience to wait.
I can't say if the ending was a happy one or what... They got together, yes. But in a very tragic way. Most of all I feel sorry for the dad who'll bear the truth forever.

The mistake here was that she run for her drawings :( I hate those drawings now xD
It's not just the drawings tho the real mistake is that when the guy is a about to save her he should do like the other way of saving someone the hug and roll over with the girl so that both of them are still fine but yea the director knows best ksksksks

It's July 2020 and I got lost in that. Just like a perfect platter- drama, suspense, love and everything but in perfect quantity. Compels to dive into the plot. Excellent.
Pretty much a gothic horror story, quite well done. The main characters are alternately sympathetic or self-absorbed. Never mind, in the end it turns out that true love can be programmed. This was very cleverly conceived and wonderfully portrayed.

no one's talking about Son Yeoeun here :( so I'll add in a comment! loved her portrayal of Sejeong - from the shy/closed-off genius in school, to the strong independent researcher in the lab, to the current depressed/slightly deranged Sejeong who's living in constant fear of Sungmin finding out the truth - she was amazing ♥ came here after watching her as Goo Sekyung in the drama Unni Is Alive cause she was superb there too!

Of all the KBS drama special, this is the best. I mean all of the drama specials were at its best. But this is indeedly awesome. 😍 makes me fall inlove with sangyeob over and over again. It's my 5th time watching this though. 😭 And I still get the same chill. KBS you did a great job. Fighting. 😊

Alright, I'll admit it. My stone cold heart melted and I actually teared a little. Although the cyborgXhuman plot has been done numerous times, this drama was interestingly written and beautifully acted out 👍. Great actors who drew me into their story! I wish there was more but this was a satisfactory ending too.
