I am a fat girl. I suffered from Depression which never made me want to take care of me. Recently I have grown close to my religion and I was never this motivated to not only defeat Depression but also my fat. I was 2 months ago 90 kgs . But now I have reduced my weight to 74 kgs. I plan to go down to 55kgs. I'm proud of myself and am happy.

At least she did not have to go through the pandemic. Being the highly sociable and caring person she was, the lockdown would've messed her up really bad. The behavior of the person in the video only tells me she never had to see someone truly sick in her life, which is good in a way. Seeing someone close to you slowly whittle away is harder then them passing away. Anyway, sorry about that and I hope you can get better mate.

The number of body parts that come floating around our seaside and in our rivers is also kind of alarming... Took out all the junk food, sodas and fats and started losing weight, 10 years later I look and feel awesome, went from almost 400lbs to under 180 and keeping here with a healthy life. Fat is not a way to live, it's a mental and physical disease.
