Excellent video! My honey room is smaller than yours which I am still working on. It’s about time you showed your helper! Lol I don’t have one but she bottles it for me
Wow I love your uncapping table setup . It looks like you thought well ahead on it . I am just ready to get my sink . I have a company close to me that has used restraint equipment but I can not make up my mind the one I want yet . Thanks
The strainers were one of my biggest bottlenecks. They constantly needed cleaning. I bought a bunch of them, but it was still too time consuming. I ended up losing the strainers completely, and using a clarifying sump with baffles, and pumping to 5 tanks, 3 are heated bottling tanks. The wax and particles float out in the sump and the tanks. By the time all my tanks are full, they've settled out enough so I can fill buckets out of them for the rest of the harvest.
Sounds like an efficient setup. Uncapping and strainers are my bottleneck. I have 3 strainers to rotate and rinse them in the sink after they've drained. I have a clarifying tank ready to be used but the size of my harvest last year didn't justify using it.
Great video!! You can tell you really thought out your room! We’ve really enjoyed watching your videos! Thanks for sharing!!
Work in progress
Very nice! I enjoy watching your videos.
Thanks, I appreciate it
That stainless uncapping setup is top notch!
It's not perfect but works pretty good

Lots of planning on the uncapping setup. Not so much on the sink, just opportunistic

Explain strap on buckets?
If you're talking about the stretch-wrap, it's just to hold the lids on a little more securely
