Betty, I made 10 of these today on my 36" Blackstone at one time. There was a total of 8 of us (friends and family). They all loved it. And everyone at the mushrooms. Lol. Thanks for the recipe. I enjoy watching your videos and I really enjoy cooking on my Blackstone. I started out with the Adventure Ready 22" because I take it with us RVing and also used it at home. But a year ago I decided I needed more real estate (cooking surface) at home, so I bought the 36". Thanks again, Ron

just got my first griddle 36 air fryer combo. been watching and following the Blackstone team. enjoy all of you. Betty does bring a extra spark to the videos. Will defiantly being trying this one with the Mushrooms. Keep them coming . I have just started .

Looks really good. I am going to try this over the weekend. I would be careful on the cross contamination (herb chopping in same place as the raw bacon). Maybe the cutting board was reset off camera but the package of bacon was still there.
C.J. try the 🍄. I absolutely despised mushrooms but love them now. Start with Shittake. Very earthy! You WILL like them.

Oh my !!!! Betty is so fun and her recipes so awesome. Great video until C.J. took it to Hollywood. Mushrooms are healthy, add great texture AND flavor.
