I just used this on my vehicles headlights, and it was quick, easy, and looks so much better, my headlights were yellowish, and cloudy, but now they look almost new !!
I tell people this all the time and they never know what I’m talking about, this is just a temporary fix that might last a year but with a 2k coat it’ll last as long as a brand new headlight.
Came here to ask the same. The sponge ball worked to get a lot of surface debris off but after switching to the 800 grit sander, I seem to have scratched my entire headlamp and following the steps on the box AND in this video do not help.

surface debris? You're supposed to clean the headlight before starting. Then start sanding with 800 grit. then 1500. Then the pad. And then the ball for final polish
It’s not a drill. A drill will work better cos it spins faster. I used a electric impact drill. The one I used spins around 800rpm. Most electric drills spin 1200 or so.
