Nice review. Have you ever looked at Giordano Bikes? The Intrepid and Valor blow these bikes away at roughly the same price....

I have Switchback 2019/20 27.5" orange and am thinking of swapping the Xposed Fork with Suntour XCR and keeping this bike for another 2-3;years, before switching to another one completely. Not an aggressive biker at all. What do you think?

Ended up with upgrades - Shimano CUES U6000 10-speed 6 components groupset (originally Tourney XT 3x7 speed), MT200 hydraulic brakes (originally mech brakes), EXA Form 900i dropper and installed SR Suntour XCR32 RLR air fork. For all these I paid under $350 and ~$90 servicing. Think I am good to go for another 3 years. :)
