Ugh, my heart. In season three, Villanelle, watching the people dancing "Look at them- so carefree. I want to feel like that." Then when Villanelle saw Eve dancing, she was seeing how carefree and alive Eve was. Beautiful episode (without the last 5 mins)! THIS VIDEO SAVED MY SANITY!! Thank you!!
Thank you So much for making a more pleasant and palatable ending to an amazing four years. I was so disappointed by the final scene that it really broke me - I can’t believe that they couldn’t come up with something better than that. Even if both of them had died that would’ve been more acceptable!

I truly thought they would do a chase scene and end with a Thelma and Louise finale. Why in the bloody hell would the producers or higher ups agree to break all our hearts??
Nahhhh. This is the beauty in the sending. It had to end that is the nature of the show it is uncomfortable and beautiful. She died looking at eve and she looked angelic. I think it was bound to happen and it was right. My opinion. I love them both so much tho
@@littlerainy3427 Have to agree. Couldn’t have ended any other way. They were never going to have the fairytale ending. The ending perfectly matched the entire arc of their relationship to me, always just out of reach. And it is exactly what Carolyn would do.
The show was never about what was pleasant or palatable. That was its power. To make an ending that wasn’t in keeping with the entire concept of the show would have been disingenuous and a disservice.
I don't know why, this makes me cry even more than V's death. It's what they could have had if writers didn't keep killing off sapphic characters. It's beautiful.
I'm trying to keep myself together by thinking that Eve gave Villianelle peace after a lifetime of war.
Agreed. The only sad realization is as eve said to Martin she is still alive why what for. I am sad for Eve she is alone and part of me feels as if she won't live long basically be cause she doesn't want to. He told her to go to those that love her and find the joy in the little things. Villanelle was her love and by being with her she found her joy (the dancing)

Actually we can a sequel by eve finding who kill V and the Twelve and V has been losing her memory and start a new life then they reunite again and V start remembering her past again and they help each other finding out the twelve and continue their love life together
i'm so happy with that kiss. like they knew that this was expecdet by the fans and just gave us one of the most beautiful kiss that i ever seen. finally i see a normal kiss, just full of desire, u know? in several kiss with woman it's seems like forced, but this..... seriously. is perfect.

Honey, you and I are on the same page! I loved the episode but I didn’t like Villanelle being killed.I read the books and she survived by faking her death. So for the show I said -Eve and V said forget the 12 and kept it moving in that van! Love the video!

It's so weird that the vast majority of us are so sad that Villanelle had to die at the end. We all loved her despite her being an outright psychopathic assassin or maybe we all love Jodie Comer which is pretty much more accurate!!! XXXXX I am very much looking forward to her receiving many an Oscar as she is an absolute stunning actress.....

i just finished this show and i kid you not, that ending had me bawling my eyes out. my cats looked scared. i was told not to watch season 4 but i needed to see my girls at least have their sweet little road trip. thank you for giving us the ending we all deserved ❤

Thank you so much for this! I will always remember them like this, happy and carefree. They got what they wanted and they deserved it. They were meant for each other and no one should ever judge their past or where they come from. They made each other better and that's all it matters. Villanelle deserves to be happy. Period. I just wished we got more Villaneve moments because their performance together was just so brilliant.

But this is so much more than just a tv show, it had been my emotional support for the past four years. Have been wanting to get this feeling of dread off my chest for the past few days. Honestly they have the source material and they can't even follow that? I actually expected V to die by the end because for most of this season her and Eve were at odds with one another. But then they work it out in the end, only to have V die in such a ridiculous way. It just seemed really out of place and poorly written.
It is very much like the GOT finale for me with the rush job in making Daenerys evil and killing her within such a short span of time.
If the writers really thought about it, V's death being faked and both her and Eve leaving the 12 behind them would have been so much better received. I think I have seen 99% of comments absolutely hating this finale.
It felt like GOT finale all over again. They had the story, they knew the characters, they could had made a different choice. A fair one at least and if killing Villanelle, than please with something that makes sense and is not rushed in 2 minutes. That makes me so mad. I really can't understand why they did this to us 😭

Thanks for a much better ending. I do not think this season showed the depth in Villanelle. She is so much more and it took half the season before we got to see her amazing character. I love the series but was disappointed both at the end and that villanelle ended up in the background. I almost wish I did not see the end. Because I can not stop thinking about it.
I haven't watched the ending yet as I don't want to be disappointed. But just want to say that this edit made me miss falling in love again. I miss that.

After 4 seasons this was the ending we deserved and instead, as always, never a joy! They create wonderful stories to follow the TV series and then give you an always sad ending and I wonder why? They always do this because !!!!!!
