1 cup warm water
1/2 tbsp honey
2 tsp active dry yeast
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil for dough
1 tbsp oil in the proofing bowl
1.2: pizza sauce (01:53)
1 onion
1/4 cup garlic cloves
1 tbsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup tomato purée (i used storebought)
salt pepper
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp sugar
basil (optional)
1.3: paneer tikka (02:51)
200g paneer
2 tbsp curd
1 tbsp ginger
5 cloves garlic
2 green chilies
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp mango powder
1 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp mint powder
salt pepper
juice of 1/4 lemon
1 tbsp gram flour (besan)
11/2 tbsp tandoori mayo as an oil replacement (forgot to add the clip in the video sorry)

1/2 cup mint pulsed in a blender
3 tbsp mayo
1.5 (03:50)
extras: semolina and all purpose flour for dusting
bake: 250°C for 10 min
fav2: whole wheat garlic bread- dough and butter (04:47)

1 1/2 boiled potatoes
1/4 cup warm milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp yeast
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (use 1 1/4 cups at first and add the rest 1/4 cup as required)

1/4 cup room temperature butter
2 tons oregano
1/4 cup garlic
salt if needed

1 tbsp cocoa powder (add less if you want it less rich)

airfry: 185°C for 12 min

Heyya! To begin with i love your videos❤ and i wanted ask why did you add mashed potatoes to garlic bread dough never seen anyone doing it ?
May be to make it more sticky to or add more gluten as the whole wheat flour has less gluten compared to refined wheat flour.

Hey shivangi, not trying to criticize you, but in the choco lava cake you shpuld like add a piece of chocolate to make the lava instead of leaving it uncooked and you can cook the cake for some more time . This is just a healthier option I wanted to share. It is particularly healthier than raw 🎂 batter which has baking powder in it. Also, ❤❤❤❤❤ ur vids. Ive binged ur whats my order series around 5 time by now😂😂
