For some Toyota,Nissan,Honda.Launch can read pin codes directly.
But most of cars you need get the pin codes from Car dealer or Pin codes Agency website,You will know it if search on google.

You can try using an autel IM508 or 608. If that doesn't work you will have to use SPS
