I don’t think it’s fitting or right to look to an unbeliever for “answers” to anything. We need to let the word interpret the word. If all of Nehemiah’s “knowledge” that he has (even of the New Testament) hasn’t lead him to Christ then there’s nothing he has to say worth hearing.
