Remains open. When the car is in ON position if you lock the doors the relay does not work. It only works when the car is in OFF position
How does the relays know car if off or on
The relay connected to the car coupler also so maybe from that the relay gets the signal

No worries. I did the connection myself. And its working as intended.
The door lock function itself is not operating the mirror fold. It will be "door lock with security" engaging the mirror autoclose.

10:11 Bro one doubt! Suppose if I close the mirrors using internal button while parking in a tight spot and lock the car. When I unlock it, will the mirrors stay closed or will it open with door unlock? Can you test it and say?
Hi bro. If you close the mirror from the button and then lock the car . When you unlock it again the mirrors will open by unlocking the car....but there is an alternative to overcome this problem. The red wire you saw in my video which gives a constant current to the relay you can add a small circular switch to it to disable the relay when you need

hello, I want to do the wiring but I do not know how to test power in a wire (like you tested - power is coming while locking and unlocking). can you please help me in this? P.S - I do have a volt meter at home :) thanks in advance
You can test power in a wire by inserting the negative wire of volt meter to the negative wire of the car or just touch it to the bare metal of the car and insert the positive wire of the voltmeter to the desired wire to test the current ( make sure you put the voltmeter to 20v dc setting and the positive wire of voltmeter is connected to the volt socket of voltmeter and not the ampere one) sounds little bit confusing but watch one or two UA-cam videos regarding the same it will help

As you can see no wires are cut in the video. But in the positive cable I got the connection from the door itself with the help of scotch locks that should not be an issue but for assurance get the positive connection directly from the battery. And follow my steps for attaching lock and unlock wire

One goes to the battery. The remaining two are for lock and unlock. Turn on video captions/subtitles and select auto translate hope that will help you

If your vehicle does not have a mirror folding motor then this will not work. First you need to get a mirror folding motor for your vehicle which costs around 10k pair then you can install this. If your car already has a mirror folding motor then you are good to go

No wire cutting required. If you are planning to install it outside ask the installer not to cut any wires because some technician in hurry cut the wires that will void the warranty

Will it work in base model stock mirrors for creta
It will only work if the mirror has an auto fold feature. Your base model mirror doesn't come with a motor that closes the mirror so it will not work. You need to install a motor there first then install this relay

Ye tabhi work karega if aapke car mein mirror folding keliye motor di ho. If autofold ka button nahi hai means mostly fold keliye motor hi nahi hoga usmein

No muze aaisa kuch issue nahi aa raha. Jab car unlock then mirror unfold and jab car lock then close car start ki to aaisa kuch issue nahi aata. Aap meri jaise wiring karke dekho

If your model has folding mirrors (that means you can fold and unfold the mirror from the inside switch) then you can install a relay. But in polo there is some different kind of relay required for that you can watch prerak kataria UA-cam channel regarding the same. He also has a polo and he has done the same on his car
