I just saw your video on Peter's channel. Did you guys ever figure out how to fly as US Nationals? You don't need a Real ID to fly. Get yourselves US National passports. Not US citizen passports. They look the same, but you can do more with it!
@@HunnyBee23much appreciate you finding us and reaching out. At the moment Masini isn't able to fly due to health, but she is surrounded by family and living the life. Ahe' hee 🤙🏾
I enjoy the stories that you collect and share of our people, our neighbors, I guess too often that we overlook. I think she enjoyed that someone gave her some time.
Agreed, we are all guilty of overlooking those who are closest to us. But we're glad you enjoyed Ella's video and I'm sure there a plenty of elders out there who don't mind someone making a stop and listening to them tell stories. Ahe' hee for your support!
Awesome NIZHONI NIZHONI story of an elder from Greasewood , just like me visiting my parents and late mom in-law just talking all Navajo thru our weekend when we visit them. Just like my dad, she has so many memories and stories of other elders that lived there…THANKS for sharing
Get him to come to you and hear your story. That’s what he’s looking for. I told him my spouse was retired vet and that the Navajo don’t really do anything for the young vets, they did ask to interview us but we declined.
I hope so as well brother. It's relaxing and nice to hear about history of the area and how far the infrastructure has come. We will release an extended cut on our Patreon later this summer.
Hey brother, Yes that is way overdue and we're trying to get to a point to knockout translations. We will definitely have it eventually, right now my schedule is very difficult. Much appreciate your support and patience, ahe' hee!
Glad you enjoyed the storytelling of Ms Ella's video. We have more coming down the pipe line. What area did you originate from? Ahe' hee for your support!

Aoh' like wise, shimasini doesn't have a good memory anymore so most of our conversations is her making sure we are taking care of the Nali boys and they are eating plenty. ❤
Good video. She made me laugh when she said the priest forgot about us. She just like my parents. I really love when the videos they speak díne. I understand it way better than English.
Yeah, one of our viewers brought up the way she spoke Dine and reminded them of the old ways and very conversational. Ahe' hee for your support and we love your handle name!
Wow I barely know my own language, and can speak simples words and pronounce them properly. But here the first like 2 mins I’m actually understanding her. Yeah she says some English here and there like numbers. But I’m understanding her. Aww kind of a bitter sweet story. Specially because she met her spouse who was military and they were bf and gf then became married. I wish someone could do romance movies that are real like this.
That's a great point about her story. I didn't realize it turned into a love story until the end. It was nice to hear her story and how far she has come and still going strong. Like you, I'm re-learning and I was surprised how much I caught on when she was talking about her education. Ahe' hee for your support as always!

Ahe' hee, much appreciated. Have a great rest of your day. Reach out to me info@spagoshi.com
She lives near Sharmayne Edgewater.
She would be great to interview, if you have her contact info, please send to info@spagoshi.com
You should seek out a monolingual speaker to interview,
I know of 2 people i know for sure who are monolingual.
Send their contact info my way and we'll go from there. Much appreciate your support brother!
She was not understanding your questions. There are plenty of traditional people in Greasewood.
Do you know of any personally? If so, please reach out to us info@spagoshi.com
Beautiful Dineh tah, not Reservation, we should be saying "I'm from Dinetah, I'm from Navajo Nation, or say, I'm from Greasewood area"
Everyone has their way of explaining their area. We appreciate your support and sharing your insight!
