Here is a solved puzzle that someone other than me might run into which is my A14 didn't have those features like on your video, but after I set the default to the other one, then it had them. The only thing that threw me is the original default SMS app icon that is on the home screen went to the old SMS app and the other that I set as default would not work. So I found out it has it's own separate icon obscurely found in the apps list.
