Have had it for two days now and I am still learning things about it and what can be done. Enjoyed this video. Moved my setting app to home page. Trying to learn how to scan qr codes.
I have learned how to scan the qr codes, though I don't use it that much. Now that I have had time to get used to the phone it makes more sense and I can get more out of it

Great Beginners Guide video! Question: On my old phone I could lock what I considered to be a very important message and delete all the others in a conversation. Could you explain how to accomplish this with this A14? I think that the starring feature locks it but i have not tested it.
Question 1. Does the A 14 have a spot where you can set time to turn off phone at night & turn on phone in the morning, like other android models. Question 2. Seeing it doesn't come with a charger brick, can I use a 10 watt other phone charger brick. Hope someone can answer these questions. Looking forward for someone to respond. Thanks
I just got this phone off of Amazon and I prefer thr camera on my Google pixel 3 to this one. And there are small things that the Google pixel did really well that this phone doesn't do!

From your home screen press empty space near the bottom - this pops up a navigation screen with a few icons at the bottom (wallpaper, themes, widgets, settings) - choose widgets, then choose google from the widgets and there will be a few different types. Pick the one you want. Boom.
This mobile is worst, it just got turned off , hanged automatically after one day of purchase. Never buy Low end Samsung phones. My Redmi phone with same budget lasted for 3.5 years. Just I bought Samsung because of better picture. My parents and my sister, also had Samsung phones, only lasted 1.5+ years. Never buy Samsung budget phones.

I've been using a Galaxy Core Prime since 2015 (very basic and can barely run apps) but replaced it 6 days ago with the Galaxy A14 4G. It uses a different processor to the A14 5G and has a 60Hz refresh rate, whereas the 5G is 90Hz. It does everything I need from a phone (I don't run games) and I love it. Took a couple of days to find my way round the settings and get it set up and looking how I want it. Only thing I don't like is that it is a little wider but much longer than my old Samsung. It's about 6.5 inches long. I have small hands and find it a bit big and it doesn't fit so easily in pockets. But otherwise, I am very pleased with it. Mine came (in the UK) with no charger, so I had to purchase one separately. The box included a wire device for opening the SIM tray and a short C type USB to C type charging cable.

I have no idea if anyone responded to you but there is a sleep mode on my phone. Settings> Modes and Routines>Sleep mode.
Why would you want that though? Bootup probably consumes more energy from the battery than a whole night of standby, maybe even with radio on.
The charger is 25 watt so you cant use another adapter cause the cable is usbc to usbc and the adapter is recommended for that
