Also started playing stalker again this week. The Radiophobia 3 mod is also good. Its the shadow of chernobyl storyline but overhauled. If you want to experience the story again, thats the way to go

Both modpacks contain several hundred mods so there are quite a few differences. EFT aims at being similar to escape from tarkov but in the world of Stalker. Custom aims at being as vanilla as possible but still bring a lot of changes. Custom is in my experience more difficult and packs much better graphics
