So sad. Prayers to her mother and family and loved ones. Parents, please put alarms on your windows and doors, especially if your child is prone to sneaking out of the house. Take their devices away by a certain time every night. They may not like it, but this is how you can gain as much control as you can to protect them. And no, I’m not blaming the mother or anyone. I’m just thinking in hindsight what could help someone else.

Then, she was woken up by the cat freaking out because her daughter took off/wasn't there. Something is suspicious for sure. The night you happen to leave your door OPEN and your daughter sneaks out with your door open? Suspicious.
