I agree. I think the shape and sihlouette as evolved a lot from the Nike days. Hopefully the 2 model is going to be much better.
Got mine in the mail today. I went TTS with these as well as the carbon. I know even Jerry recommends have size up but I didn’t have any problems with narrowness. Really happy to get a 10.5 on drop day. Not a huge fan of the clothing and would pay for Entire Studios clothing.

I think he did the same thing with the first drop, regarding pulling stick from the website, which kinda sucks. I know alot of the sizes were in the hundreds a few days after the drop, then it magically sold out on all sizes. Hopefully the noise online isn't a factor. I really wanted to pick some up but by the next time I check (few hrs later) everything was sold out for the Christmas drop.bif stock was indeed pulled, hopefully he releases them at another time. I’m honestly very confused regarding stock since people kept on going back and forth whether or not the Christmas stock was pulled. I am almost 100% sure that it was but I could be wrong. The first main drop should be arriving at other retailers soon. They did mention that union is supposed to be getting them soon.
@@FashionForwardAlways yeah if I were to bet money on it I’d say it was pulled, how do you still have a full size run available an hour after the drop and then all of a sudden they all disappear in every single size including some of the smaller and less sought after sizes like all at once i mean it aint hard to see what’s going on here

Hey! I actually have them and wear them occasionally. My biggest issue with the gloves is that I can't use smartphones with it on. What measurements can I give to give you a better idea?
Nice review. Love em! People talking ab size on these I haven’t stopped wearing em since I got my Carbon Bball 1s. I wonder if they are all different in VERY subtle ways. There are hits of flashes of that green in certain light and looking close. Who knows!

I have been wearing my sesame pair religiously haha. I am not too sure about the green,but I do really like wearing the model and breaking it in.
I think it’s definitely possible the sellout was artificial. Maybe to generate some hype? I wanted a pair but I missed out. Got the white sweatpants though. Seems more like a summer colorway but these are not breathable enough for warm weather
Hopefully more drop, but it does seem like they are heavily pushing the model 2! A lot of colorways leaked yesterday.

I will include it in my next pick ups video! Personally it looks great, but not being able to use it with a smart phone is a huge downgrade.
Just got mine, haven’t unboxed yet. Went a full size up compared to the Carbon/Sesame which I went half size up. Hope it fits slightly better.
Nice! Yeah I felt like going a full size up for the Basketball 1's make for a much more comfortable wears.
I think the stock on the first drop was manipulated but. This second drop with white pair was way more limited and i was watching the site to see the activity and all the sizes sold out after 25 -30 minutes. So not entirely sure how u where seeing sizes mid day. An could have been a glitch cause they had that issue on previous drop. Where they said out of stock but werent. An some items that said it wasnt sold out was sold out. Also sizes where coming off the site in segments not all sold out at same time. Which makes me think it wasnt pulled like black pair.
That is true, it could have been a glitch where there stock was never there to begin with. Someone close to the situation said that it was fully out of stock, but It still felt like it was taken with a grain of salt. Regardless, I think they have one more colorway planned for the model 1 then they are heavily pushing the model 2 in 2024.
They definitely pulled the first drop because practically everything was in stock. They’ll probably do another drop in a few weeks and bring it back
@@FashionForwardAlways yea its always guess we never know for sure but im giving them the benefit of the doubt. I honestly am excited for the model 2 and high top he has coming they look beautiful. I just hope pricing is similar and not more 😔.
@@iceice021 yea they def did but i feel they had already readded stock to site when they realized it wasnt actually sold and then it started selling again individually. So i dont think there will be restocks and i beleive jerry wouldnt stoop down to that level. I even think if they didnt even sell out they would never put these on sale and probably backdoor all the pairs just to keep the image of success vs it creating the image of a failed drop. By putting them on sale thats just my view tho.
Now that you've been wearing the Sweatpants, what's your opinion? Do you think they are worth it? I am thinking of buying this model
I think they are worth it! Only thing that I want to point out is that they do shed a lot so I heavily recommend putting them through the dryer or just accepting that there will be a decent amount of lint when you wear them for the first few times. Other than that, I really like my pair!

I went true to size and they were a little lose, but I can live with it, I know now to go down a size

I'm curious to see too, but I think it wont be as big of a deal since they are a bit of a cloudy translucent rather than a full clear translucent sole.
How was the three stripes cage? Did you feel it uncomfortable against your feet also?
I had discomfort around the cage when I went up 0.5. The discomfort went away after I went up a full size! I am a 8-8.5 and I wear these in a 9.5!
I’m a 8.5 and had issues with the cage on a size 9. Maybe I’ll go up another half size. Thanks!
