Pit easily became my favorite Nintendo protagonist. His revival in Brawl and ESPECIALLY Uprising specifically made me love the character. He has such a great, fun personality that brings his character to life, and is one of the main things that made Uprising a masterpiece. Even though I still think he’s painfully underrated, Pit will always be my favorite Nintendo protagonist.

God, so glad they decided to change his design from his original trophy. And thank GOD they changed his voice actor after the first smash, that "YOU CAN'T BEAT ME" was just obnoxious to hear. Honestly, I think Pit, the way he is now, is a perfect character design. His personality, voice, and design just all match up flawlessly. I hope they never change him very drastically.

I instantly fell in love(not literally) with Pit the first time I saw him in Brawl as a kid. Also I really hope Viridi becomes playable in smash, even if she has to comes much later as DLC.
After Uprising but it’s 2 players. Grab a second pair of Joy cons and Viridi warps Dark Pit in the battle. Open world and you can choose when and when not to fly but you just Need to beat the level objective
Kid Icarus and Ice Climbers are two franchises which could easily adapt to the Switch capacities and bring a whole new world of possibilities to refresh Nintendo! They could also bring back things like F-Zero, too!

I really don’t want to have a sequel about his origins because i feel like it would give the franchise the anchor that would keep it from being the incredibly silly and flexible story that it is now. If it does get a sequel i would want it to be either a new uprising with as drastic a difference from the newest installment like uprising was to simply Kid Icarus. If we kept the uprising universe id just like something similar with more lore and world-building.

Also, from what I've seen, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was made 5 or 6 years after Kid Icarus Uprising. And if that's when he gained these abilities, then that means that he was most likely not as powerful at the time.

I found it weird how Palutena gave Pit a kiss on the cheek and they seemed like a couple almost like Mario and Peach, but now it's more like a master and servant. I find it sad how Pit's current appearance is from Brawl and most of his character developed from a smash game

Blaze Rod Gaming Sakurai is the director of both Kid Icarus and Smash Bros. I’m sure the redesigns were already in the works for Uprising and were used in Smash Brawl before Uprising actually came out. This made it seem like the redesigns were from Brawl, when they were likely for Uprising.
@@amburprice8479 Your timing is off by YEARS. Brawl was first announced in 2005 and came out in 2008. Uprising came out in 2011 and was meant to be a 3DS technical showcase. The development of the game didn't start AFTER Brawl was a thing.
The game on the Gameboy is actually called “Kid Icarus: of myth and Monsters” Maybe “Kid Icarus 2” is what it was called in Europe, but I’ve never heard it called that before, then again, no one ever talks about it It’s super underrated, I’d say it’s superior to the original, gameplay wise anyway! The ability to flutter your wings to jump farther is such a huge thing, it makes jumping on small platforms much easier then the slippery controls in the original! Also, you no longer die from falling off screen, and hot springs and health refills are much more common, which does make it considerably easier, but the extra lives balances that out, unless your on the 3DS virtual console, cause then you can use the save points, so you don’t have to worry about that (is that technically cheating? Even if it is, I don’t care, cause I Absolutely hate extra lives)

It's pretty powerful. The bow itself does decent damage, but the beams are what have more KO potential. It doesn't help that they spawn in random locations, so it's hard to tell if the enemy will die or not. Plus it covers more range, so it's just generally better.

Here's one thing you should know, I have so much in common with Pit himself! Yeah, it's just that many of his character traits and personality reminds me of myself. Also, here's a theory I came up with. What if Kid Icarus Uprising takes place a year after the events of Super Smash Bros Brawl? In math, that would be 2009. And durring the part where Pit wakes up as a ring, the year would be 2012, the year of the game's actual release. So, basically, the events of Super Smash Bros for Wii U and 3DS actually takes place two years after the events of Kid Icarus Uprising. Makes sense, actually. But wait a minute! In the tutorial videos, didn't Pit say something about '25 years'? I'm sure that's just a fourth wall joke, since the game actually breaks the fourth wall sometimes.
I had the black and white GameBoy game - LOVED IT. It even had a Saving writable memory (you could save, power off the console or play another game- and continue whenever you wanted).
I loved the pits body fight and that whole level in general because fighting as magnus really posts a challenge because most people use pit's different playstyle than magnus's.
Magnus I think uses a club so it would be more challenging for players who don’t use club as their primary weapon of choice. Good chapter overall I can agree

So, by that logic, kid Icarus uprising 2 should be out by around 2037, assuming things stay on schedule

Here's one thing you should know, I have so much in common with Pit himself! Yeah, it's just that many of his character traits and personality reminds me of myself.
Also, here's a theory I came up with. What if Kid Icarus Uprising takes place a year after the events of Super Smash Bros Brawl? In math, that would be 2009. And durring the part where Pit wakes up as a ring, the year would be 2012, the year of the game's actual release. So, basically, the events of Super Smash Bros for Wii U and 3DS actually takes place two years after the events of Kid Icarus Uprising. Makes sense, actually. But wait a minute! In the tutorial videos, didn't Pit say something about '25 years'? I'm sure that's just a fourth wall joke, since the game actually breaks the fourth wall sometimes.

I loved the pits body fight and that whole level in general because fighting as magnus really posts a challenge because most people use pit's different playstyle than magnus's.
Magnus I think uses a club so it would be more challenging for players who don’t use club as their primary weapon of choice.

@@Bahara-pv7co don't forget though manus club literally has no range which puts 99% of players out of their comfort zone, even claws and clubs because they all have at least a ranged to use on backup if those players like getting up close and perzonal.
