I can't imagine what kind of uncouth person would vote this down. This was one of my favorite pieces of music when I was a teenager, and I hadn't heard it in ages. Ms. Sara Mingardo has a voice that brought me to tears, she has the voice of an angel, the whole production, the voices, the orchestra, all of it was superb. You fed my soul, thank you.

I remember how Baroque music had a revival in the early 1960s and now, with such directors and performers, it is having a splendid renaissance. This more complete version of the Gloria is very welcome. I greatly admire Alessandrini as an interpreter of the music and of course I worship Sara Mingardo.
I never thought I would see staged mass text, but here we are, and it's wonderful! I love the artistry that went into all of this; from the vocals to the instruments to the visual presentation. BRAVI!!!!
