Back in 2019 I had the honour of documenting the behind the scenes process of Unsung Visions (Tony Wang) and Zack Dantes as they collaborated on creating Zack's promo for his return to professional racing after years of lay off. This was one of my first experiences with professional filmmaking and to work in a documentary style was incredible, getting to peer behind the scenes and watch two masters at work in their craft. It was interesting to me to watch Tony tell Zack's story because I feel like in the process a different story revealed itself to us as the audience watching. A story of love that is underpinned by the love and support of Zack's wife and his love of her and his craft. Truly one of the great experiences I've had an opportunity to be part of in the past few years! Tony is one of the finest filmmakers I've ever met and Zack is undoubtedly going to be a world champion one day.
