Got 26.7 driving it home from DC, 400 miles, only 130 of interstate. Hilly terrain, but I also wasn't very aggressive. Still impressed, better then I thought it'd be. I enjoy the channel ✌️
I put in a 'borla switchfire resonator delete midpipe' in my new 2024 mustang gt and and see an improvement in gas milage from 11.5 mpg to 15.5 mpg around town and from 22.5 to 25.5 on the highway including a 5 lb weight saving and 8 extra HP and better sound. A rear seat delete will save 30 lbs and a cat back exhaust is less weight then stock and more power equaling more HP, torque and gas milage and making the car feel more nimble, agile and lighter. K&N air filters are worth 2 HP and removing carbon traps is 5 more HP and better gas milage. Every little bit helps.
Cardinal sin eating in the stang or letting anyone in the back seats. I just traded my 2022 Mach 1 for the 2024 Dark Horse in Grabber Blue same color as my 2013 Boss 302 and I love it.
As someone who has to drive a while on the highway with my GT base 10 speed i get on avg 27 mpg on the highway at 75 and 25mpg at 80 they do really good
I have a 2018 GT Premium , PP1, 6 speed, Magna ride, and active valve exhaust. Car has 65,000 miles. I live in Texas, a little north of Dallas. The traffic here is pretty bad. I average about 16 MPG around town. However, I get very good milage once on the open road. I have taken several great road trips with this car. Typically 2,000 to 3,000 miles. Most recent trip, North Texas, Denver area, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, rural highways in Wyoming. Overall milage for entire trip, 28 MPG. I routinely get 30+ MPG on interstate with cruise control set at 72 MPH. The “secret” to good mileage - NO RACE CAR DRIVING. Mustang GT, a near perfect road trip car for two people. Happy motoring 🇺🇸🤠
Roush supercharger kills whipple, it's a monster, but also gets great fuel economy on highway. I have a 2016 with roush, and freeway I get 32mpg. To me, that can't be beat. Smaller pulley and tune from the factory roush tune has huge gains. Mine is sitting at 797hp. But the mpg is amazing
The 2nd best car wash are the self serve ones where you wash the car yourself with the high pressure soap and rinse. Drive thru car washes are useless.
Definitely! Unfortunately no manual car washes around where we were. I was trying to find one but this was the best I could do lol luckily got back home and detailed the car, no scratches that I could find 👍
@@daily_driven good stuff! I think the Hyundai truck parked next to you because like you they were trying to protect their vehicle against door dings so what better way to do that than to park next to a new Mustang!
I got 31.5 mpg on short 30 mile trip with my cruise set to 70. I got 27 mpg with the cruise set to 80 on an about 120 mile trip. I have a 18.2 mpg average over the 5,000 miles i have driven the car. 2024 Ford Mustang GT with 3.15 gearing.
Quick question, how was the drone with the MBRP on a trip like that? Any regrets getting this exhaust, id love the Borla, but im hemorrhaging money with all the mods right now and thinking of going MBRP too, thks
seen reports about whipples (and other superchargers) with the screw mechanisms tend to shave over time and throw metal shavings around😬. im sold on centrifugal boosters instead now. going to max out my build on an NA setup then save for a turbo/pro charger.
G force is always worth $ you know i used to have a Ducati street fighter v4s and this beast had 205hp with 200kg wet weight. This thing would pull my arms straight when i hit the throttle. you have to hold on tight or the bike is ghost riding lol. Damn i love the sound your Stallion makes mmmmm yeah
Mine at around 3700 miles I only put 93 in and daily drive mine and it’s mostly highway and a little city. I get around 21-23 mpg and 280ish miles before I fill up from quarter of a tank
@@Ross-vi7yo I have been daily driving mustangs for over 14 years now and never have failed me once. Even in snow just got to know how to be light on the gas and clutch and snow tires help. If you have a family thought the back seat only really work for kids
Fill up the tank 196 lies to empty. The more you drive the more gas it makes. lol. Actually once on the road the computer starts doing math. 50 miles down the road in 6th gear and 80mph and the gauge reads 260 miles to empty. Hey look we’re making gas! Lmao
That’s my dream car but not in 2020s. Means 2030s my dream car mustang

I would check your mileage by hand as my find the trip computer on my mustang is pretty overzealous with the mpg's.

its crazy most people think 24 is bad but thats almost average for all reg suvs
Keep it up man love the content 💪🏻
after a car wash, what does the engine bay look like with that heat extractor?
The radiator cover has sitting water on it after a wash but not bad.
If you own a 24 GT, what MPG are you getting?! (Thanks for watching! 🙂)

Getting about 18.6 not bad considering I figured about 18 to 20 exhaust sounds nice at 4k rpm
I get like 13 lmao (6 spd)
Getting 17.7

Hey nice getaway. The mileage is pretty normal for city, and don't knock the Jetta, I'm sure it is a sleeper. Take it easy buddy.

What kind of lip and rear wing is that
Is that the engine indicator or tire pressure indicator in the bottor right corner of you your screen. It looks like tire pressure ?
U get warranty on the whilple but once it’s on say bye to the engine warranty

@@daily_driven Mines also the Manuel. So you should get better theoretically in the 10 speed.
I wanna get a mustang but idk if it’s good to daily drive it. What do you think?

What is the rear axle ratio, 3.15 or 3.55?
3:15 🙂
That’s crazy I’m getting 25 MPG combined on my 24 5.0
Really?! You must be driving really nicely lol 👍

I have a 2024 Performance pack convertible, and would love to do a whipple, but fear the car will twist to pieces!
lol! 😂 That would be interesting! 😂
caring about mileage on a 5 liter... Practically asking a computer to divide by zero.
Wow, that Toyota truck got 3 car lengths on you off the green light and you were in Drag strip mode? WTF??
I didn’t floor it from a standstill. Didnt want to be to crazy with the guy next to me so I just slowly rolled onto it.
im getting 16 mpg doing a lot of city driving its brutal
Ouch! Yeah city MPG on these is not good ha
No food in the car for the first year! That’s my rule. 😂
New here. What wheels are on the car?
Hey! These are 20” RTR tech 7 wheels 👍
