So lovely to see a dressage partnership that isn't jammed up with tension. A friend put me onto this trainer and said to look him up I came across your videos and am very impressed lovey riding and a beautifully balanced happy dressage horse just beautiful to watch.
my god, every flyinge change was late from behind...the horse is not in truly connection and through its body ...sorry to say this......if you want to get an true understanding of Legerete then please read books of Nuno Oliveira the portugiese master
Pferdecoach who said it was perfect! If you had any idea what journey we have been on you would say well done and not critique so negatively! He is 16 years old and had a major problem learning the changes. This was taken last summer and he has improved a lot since. I'd be interested to see video of your schooling efforts....... If not carrying on hiding behind your perfect keyboard!
then there is an advice from Nuno Oliveira for the flyinge change: flyinge change is nothing else then as if you start new canter while you are cantering ! ...so, even trainers in my country are stupid and say yes without having thought about in a second and do it wrong; supposition for Oliveiras sentence is : you must be able to start canter from walk (on both sides ) with outside rein then you imagine that while you are cantering as you trained it in in walk then it is sooooooo easy to change the canter in canter ....i was suprised how easy ....it needs only a little imagination ability by the rider ...you dont need anything more , then you are in the deepest point of the saddle and the right moment , smile ....take the imagination from starting from walk to canter over to the canter .....ha ha ha......R.I.P Nuno Oliveira .... i read his books 2 years ago while my leg was broken in hospital and someone gave me his books to read in bed ......sometimes its a gift to broke a leg.....smile
Pferdecoach but you know nothing about my horse!! He now does clean changes but it's taken a long time! Only for an ideal work where it's as easy as reading a book!
