What ever you said is ok. My question is the unsafe vehicle is autorickshaw, no seatbelts,. Additional steel fitted(welding)on the body, if you check an auto rickshaw you can find many illegal fittings which are not safe for the passenger. What is MVDs stand?

ന്യൂ ജനറേഷന്‍ വണ്ടികളുടെ ലൈറ്റുകള്‍ ആ പറയുന്ന ഇന്റൻസിറ്റി പരിധിയില്‍ വരുന്നതാണോ....! ഒരു 100/90 വാട്ട്സ് ലൈറ്റ് ഇട്ട് വരുന്ന വണ്ടിയിയേക്കാൾ കാഠിന്യം തോന്നുന്നു.... ചിലപ്പം അതൊരു തോന്നല്‍ മത്രം ആയിരിക്കും അല്ലെ....

സർ , ഇരുപത്തിഅഞ്ചുവർഷമായി ഞാൻ വാഹനം ഓടിക്കുന്നു. ഇതു വരെ ഒരു നിയമലംഘനവും നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ല, മോട്ടോർ വാഹന വകുപ്പിൽ നിന്നോ പോലീസിൽ നിന്നോ ഒരു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടും എനിക്കുണ്ടായിട്ടുമില്ല.
അങ്ങയുടെ വാക്കുകൾ ശിരസാ മാറ്റിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ ഒന്നു ചോദിച്ചോട്ടെ ! ഇത്തരം അനധികൃതമായ സാധനങ്ങൾ വാഹനങ്ങളിൽ വച്ചുപിടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ കൂടി നിയമത്തിന്റെ മുന്നിൽ പെടാത്തതെന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ്.
ഒരു നേരത്തെ അന്നത്തിനായി ഇത്തരം സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നടത്തുന്നവരാണോ കുറ്റക്കാർ . അതോ വാങ്ങുന്നവരോ ?
നിയമം എല്ലാവർക്കും ഒരു പോലെയാവണം.
അതു പാലിക്കുവാൻ നമ്മളും തയ്യാറുമാവണം.
വാഹനങ്ങൾ ഹോൺ മുഴക്കുന്നത് നിർത്തലാക്കുക ...
3:18 literally all cars above 5 lakh and most bikes come with multi tone horns. i read through all the mvd rules and looks like you people don't know what a multi tone horn is.
3:42: watts? im sorry, aren't you an automotive engineer? i thought light was measured in lumens. wattage does not matter. you can have a low wattage led light which will be brighter than a high wattage halogen light. good job banning HID (High Intensity Discharge) lights. but please allow them for use in private roads and off-road conditions. and make sure that HID's are contained in a projector setup so that the light wont spread out too much.

ഞാൻ ബുക്ക്‌ ചെയ്ത suv എത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഷോറൂം ഇന്ന് അത് dualtone ചെയ്യാൻ കയറ്റിയിട്ടുമുണ്ട്, അവർ പറഞ്ഞത് അത് അനുവദനീയമാണെന്നാണ്.
