I appreciate the rawness of this video. Crying in one frame, walking into work the next. It's the reality of real life. Having to put one foot in front of the other even when things don't work out as planned. I would rather watch this on the daily then someone only showing the highs of their life. Oh Tori! I’m so sorry that things didn’t go as you hoped but as a consumer, I am so unbothered by the color of the coil on my planner. It’s still a work of art! & I’m so excited to receive mine, gold coil & all. Also love your mom and agree with everything she said. Thank you for being so transparent ♥️

I applaud your ability to be raw and real while maintaining your professionalism. I have been watching you for 10+ years and watching your journey and you grow to become the successful entrepreneur and business woman is very inspiring to me. Its always the things we can't control that stress or worry us the most. Things I can control also stress me out and make me cry from time to time but the things we can't control always hit harder with more emotion.
I have been giddy since I ordered my planner, and getting your email was WONDERFUL even though there was the slight change. You're absolutely right that the color of the coil isn't the reason I bought the planner, and I am SO excited to receive it no matter how long it takes!!
I think you handled the situation in a great way. It just shows how much you value your product & customers.

girl i’m also always cold in my house but my parents bought me the comfy which is basically just a giant sherpa blanket hoodie and it’s so nice. i can just get up and walk around without worrying it’s going to fall off like a reg blanket

No need to apologize at all as I would feel the same way myself, especially when they should of communicated to you much sooner than waiting up until the last minute (especially the day of when it’s supposed to ship so I’m annoyed for you as well as I got your back always). But I’m so sorry that this happened yet you handled it very gracefully. You being real and raw shows how much you are dedicated to your passion and product because you put so much love into it and that’s why all of us that love you will love this planner as well. I know the planners will be amazing as they are worth waiting for and that I ordered two because they are that amazing and I know someone very special to me will love this too. That’s ridiculous they didn’t tell you about the coil! if you ordered a certain product that’s what they should deliver or tell you in advance!!!! Ugh I would be so annoyed too and how you were feeling is so valid. still going to be a fantastic planner ❤

I’ve ordered 2 planners and I want to let you know that for the most part, people understand that these things happen. Sadly in this world you cannot please everyone and there are people out there who would be unhappy even if everything had gone smoothly. What I’m trying to say is, don’t worry too much! I hope that the majority of people who ordered a planner are of a similar mindset to me - just excited for it to arrive, even if have to wait a little longer and EVEN if I have to give a Christmas present a little late. It’s not the end of the world. ❤
Girl, you do NOT have to apologize for being human and for expressing disappointment in something you already worked so hard on. Of course I don't know the ins and outs of the business side of the planners, but I am wondering if you held firm on the white binding how long that would have taken to ship out? Just so you can set that boundary like HEY this is what I planned for, and this is what they're getting regardless of how long it takes, you know? But we love you and understand you besides all of that.
Totally!!! They couldn’t give me a timeline of the white coil other than they wouldn’t make it before Christmas, which was super disappointing to hear. So it was either gold coil and get by Christmas, or white coil and deliver after Christmas (which didn’t have a definite date bc of supply chain). Agh! The thing is - I actually like the gold and at first asked for gold!! I was told months ago it was unavailable/out of stock so I designed the cover to match with white coil. So really the only difference is I would have had the cover be different tones if I knew the coil was gold. My digital planner has gold coils so it works, but just not what I envisioned / approved. Everyone has been so kind and understanding

It’s so difficult when things go wrong that are out of your control! That’s why I’m such a control freak and have such a difficult time asking for help lol but I loved the realness of this video! There are far worse things that could’ve happened but your feelings are totally valid!

Your customers and community completely understand! You clearly care about the product you are selling and the people buying it. And I'm sure you're already in the process of doing this, but taking action with the printer/distributor will definitely show the people who purchased the planner that you are doing everything you can to make it right!

i just wanna say i am a buyer of the physical planner, refreshed that website the second they dropped to get one and i thought NOTHING of 'how long' they were taking. i thought it was entirely acceptable & still well within an expected timeline! mine shipped yesterday and that's even early considering i dont plan to use it until Jan 1!

Totally appreciate this is so annoying but I’m a gold girl and I love the idea that we that buy the first copies have something special that future ones might not have. Also I bought from the pre order expecting it to be shipped in the new year and it was shipped last night. It says it’ll arrive here in Scotland before Christmas so I couldn’t be happier 😊
