I've been eagerly waiting for this next episode to be released! The new slower pace of video is really sick and engaging! Would love to see a collab with @Nikolai_Schirmer!
So glad that i found this video. Remembering screaming your name at the air and style in Munich 2006. Happy you are still around and doing what you love! ❤
Amazing episode, Thanks Antti! Makes me want to visit the Arctic. I really seeing the decision making process that goes into deciding when a line is safe or not to ride! Would love even more insight into how you decide its safe to go in future!
Awesome episode, cheers Antii! Loved the thought process behind the mountain approach and some beautiful turns in there. "Responsible Freeriding" comes to mind, we all come to know the feeling of dread when things dont line up properly and in contrast when eveything flows and you have that effortless beautiful experience in the mountains. Looking forward to the next turns!
Ymmärrän kyl noi vuoret ja sylipyydan mut kyllähän noi laskut tunturissa puitten siimeksessä valojen kans on jotain niin siistin näköstä et voi pojat, todella nice
Thank you. I sometimes use Verts if it’s only powder that I’m planning to hike up. In the Arctic, there can be some hard spots underneath the soft surface and for this occasion I like to use Auftriib plates
You have to make a application for a validation process. The approved drone permits are very restricted and limited to certain amount of flight time per day. The lenght of the permits are also limited to certain times and areas.
Yes, I think going to zones while using someone's skintrack is totally cool but when you enter more complex terrain following people's tracks can create unnecessary uncontrollable situations.
@@AnttiAuttiChannel Yeah you're right as far as using skin tracks accessing the steeper terrain. Now that I'm older I follow my young neighbors skin tracks all the time:) But once the Verts or Billy Goats get busted out is when we leave it to who got it first. Love the vids.
Fully understand your point althought I must disagree for nagging about people. I’m only pondering about how one should move in the mountains when there is more people. This particular mountain has guide books and multiple different routes public since years. next episode will be about exploration and thinking about that side of the sport🤙 Thanks for watching!
Really appreciate your answer and your reflection! However, popularity is not synonymous with discovery. As an example, every steep line in the Alps is well documented but the accessing crowd can be ridiculously skewed couple of days after a well received social media post.
I smiled so hard watching that line I teared up, amazing Thank you.
Awesome to hear!
Insane conditions for a line like that. Amazing.
Cheers🤙
Gracias genioooooooo

Awesome scenery! Which mountain/couloir is the sunset ride @12:55?
It’s the same mountain massif as everyhting in the video
Amazing episode Antti! Always look forward to these! Curious what kind of snowshoes you’re using?

Thanks for engaging😊
Nice work!
Has it been straight forward getting the permits for flying the drone in the Lyngen alps Protected Landscape?
You have to make a application for a validation process. The approved drone permits are very restricted and limited to certain amount of flight time per day. The lenght of the permits are also limited to certain times and areas.
Nice to know! Keep them coming and have a nice season!@@AnttiAuttiChannel

Kiitos!
Wow, yeah, seems like in the BC around here you don't follow up someone's skin/boot track until they are done riding. Lame. Beautiful edit!!

What kind of boot/binding combination are you using?
Hey, for bindings I’m using Spark R&D - mainly Arc pro model.
For boots: Deeluxe Spark XV
@@AnttiAuttiChannel Thanks for sharing. I really appreciate the insight you are bringing to your videos.
Did you pay any royalties for stealing?
Beautiful lines, but georeferencing places as an influencer and nagging about the popularity is contradictory… (@18:42)
