Hey do you know where that middle vent/control panel comes from, I have one in mine but the ac was never finished so I’m trying to backtrack what was done

Is it loud? I’ve got factory air and I want to remove it for the space under the hood and put an aftermarket ac system in mine. I’ve talked to a few people who said keep the factory ac because it’s quieter but I really want that evap/heater box gone from under the hood.
