Don’t hesitate to ask any questions you might have about the explanations presented in this video using the comments below. We try to answer all questions regarding the video details in the comments below.
In the first part of this tutorial, implementing the “spider web” mesh pattern based on surface and volumetric partitions was explained to create and analyze the semi-elliptical crack via the Contour Integral method.
Unfortunately, this method of meshing and partitioning has many limitations. It cannot create an oblique semi-elliptical crack or even a crack that is perpendicular to the pipe’s axis.
This method can only be used for flat geometries and axial cracks.
In the second part, a new method with many more capabilities will be introduced. For example, it can analyze oblique cracks via the contour integral method. However, this method also has its limitations.
In this tutorial, all of its advantages and disadvantages will be discussed in detail, using a comprehensive example.

Hi dear teacher . Congratulations for this tutorial. May I ask you that , what is bound of time that you used in Explicit analysis . For example x to y time. Please answer with numeric time

      Hi.
      Thank you.
I didn't use explicit analysis in this tutorial.
      The step is Static General.

      Hi.
As far as I know, you must write keyword to get that. But I have not done it before.
