Chicken 500 gm
Water 1/2 cup + 1 & 1/2 litre
Thick curd/ Dahi 1/2 cup
Suhana chicken biryani mix 50 gm packet
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Saffron/ kesar few
Onion 2 medium thinly sliced
Mint coriander chopped
Ghee 1 tbsp

As per the measurements given on the pack I think you should take 800gm-1kg of rice for 2 kg chicken & 4 packs of Suhana 50 gm biryani mix I am only giving you the approx quantity because I haven’t made that much quantity
