Without doubt the best team sport on earth. Moments of respect in rugby is well worth a look too. Always enjoy seeing Americans react to rugby, subscribed
The dude @8:45 is probably the best try and commitment you will ever see. The fact that the man hit the barrier so hard and got up and told the ref "You review and award that shizz" is all balzz. Give that man a bells.
You should go to a game near you. The USMLR (US Major League Rugby) starts up again early next year (I think March?). Find your local team, go to some of their matches and give them some support. US is hosting 2031 (men) and 2032 (woman) world cups. US automatically qualifies but need to drum up some local support ;)
The Lions v Australia gig (3:00) is always a big game - the Lions being a combination of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. The majority of these games seem to be internationals so they would be big games too (the rivalries can be immense)- you'll be able to tell by the noise from the crowd and no empty seats.
Fun fact, the field is +/- 100m, if you run a curve, you can add a couple of meters. Check the time that the Auzy dude picked the ball up behind his own line @3:13 and check the time when he dotted the ball down. Thats Quick!!!
The first match you saw was an important club match in Europe. Test Matches are most important of all, especially the four-yearly World Cup. Some of these games a sevn-a-side, you can tell from the lesser number of players.
Don t be ashamed, tennis is a great sport lmao . Thanks for your reaction, you should check rugby players chelsin kolbe and antoine dupont, they play for south africa and france, (the two finalists at the last worldcup, and they're the best players currently in the sport imo . Greetings from Paris mate
Quite correct the older game was more about pace and running the ball. The Modern game is more about forcing the play. But as you suggest its not set in stone.
Steve you say you'd prefer if there's something resting on a particular play, and you want to watch a match. Well I recommend you watch the extended highlights of the 2023 world cup. Watch the quarter final between hosts France and SA Then watch the semi final between England and SA And finally the final between NZ and SA. There's lots resting on every minute of these 3 matches. After watching these you'll be a lifetime lover of Rugby.
The dude that tackled the "Buffelo" is from ZA, I can show you some vids of our peeps taming the beast. Or google ZA folk taming the beast, you might be supprised. LUL
In rugby the players do not 'have numbers'. The number belongs to the position you play. The Buffalo... The guy that tackled him was #9. That position is usually played by the smallest player on the field. The Buffalo is wearin #3, usually one of the biggest players.
Fidji as a country is an very interesant choice. They compet with other nation when they had les than a milion habitant the respect and spirit they put on a game is astonishing. By the way they had been undefeated in Olympic rugby 7's since the finals this year.
RUgby has come along way, rugby at one stage was a kicking game, and the game got a little boring, but it has changed through out the years and i am bias, rugby is the best game ever and will become the biggest sport in the world once given tha chance.
@CVTECK1 Sorry about that, but I think they're also showing the games live, over there on TV (for the first time). Might be one of your fox sports channels, you should find out. Should be a good spectacle. Hope you get to enjoy it!
Fun fact : The australian dude that is being picked up is feet is wildly known for being extremely homophobic. Him being picked up by another man that way is hilarious

Dummy means fake, in this case he faked a pass.
and made the player look like a dummy
@CVTECK1 Well, dumb is more used for "silent" in the UK, and I think in Aus too, but if you like.
@@jamesrowe3606 James did you just call me Dumb haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
@@CVTECK1 Of course not. I explained that your dummy/dumb double entendre works in the USA, but not elsewhere.

If Vegas is anywhere near you, you could check out the NRL (rugby league) in February, too.
