नेशनल सिक्योरिटी एक्ट की सजा काट रहे खडूर साहिब से नवनिर्वाचित सांसद अमृतपाल सिंह (Amritpal Singh) को बड़ा झटका लगा है। असम के डिब्रूगढ़ जेल में अमृतपाल सिंह पर लगे एनएसए (NSA) को एक साल के लिए बढ़ा दिया गया है। अमृतपाल के साथ उसके 9 साथियों पर भी यह आदेश लागू होगा। इस फैसले से अमृतपाल के परिजनों में काफी रोष है।
