No worries I know its not in them all but its a running gag/joke of the series that even the studio acknowledges and pokes fun of. I remember them poking fun of it with a joke in that Falcom Gaken mini anime also.

Japanese version will always have Japanese dub and Japanese text, no English text/subtitle. For that, We need to wait for localization first and it will come with both Japanese and English dub. Localization could take a whole year or more, though.
Falcom doesn't do Asia/English releases too much. Last one I remember was Xanadu Next 12 years ago or so. So I'd say don't hold your breath for anything earlier than n official English release announcement.

製品版買いました！８も良かったけど個人的に９のが楽しい！！ストーリーもめっちゃ引き込まれるし、異能アクションを使っての移動や探索戦闘が楽しいです！アドルのイケメン化が増しているｗｗｗ８の0Pが素晴らしかったので９で無かったのが残念ですね～；

最近流行りのオープンワールドではなく箱庭タイプなのだか、ただ冗長で平面ななそれと比べ、この箱庭は縦横斜めにギミック満載で、しかもそのスピード感がエグい。
マップの端まで２時間かかる結構。でもこのゲームはワープできるしそこで勝負なんかしない。遊んで楽しい爽快感がたまらん。この異能システム、コレで終わらすの勿体なさ過ぎる！
Bring this to Europe Falcom please, lacrimosa of dana was my first ys and i was blown away by how fun it was.
You should try YS VII too, and YS IV on the PSVita, they're so damn good as well !

They redeemed themselves afterwards with their re-release fixing everything. It's a beautiful translation now.
