Tatula 300: maintenance and upgrade

- In today's video, I do the maintenanace and upgrade for my tatula 300. The original setup is 7 ballbearning. I added two ballbearings for the knobs, 1 ball bearing for the worm gear and the most important ball bearning for the main gear. After the upgrade, the reel starts much easier and faster than before. They have made high quality grease for fishing reels.
Hello, what is the size of the bearing instead of this plastic bushing for the main gear Regards👍
I check my amazon order and the size should be 5x9x3mm. It is for the 300-size. I am not sure of other sizes such like 100,200 or 400. Hope it help.

Thanks for the upload. Is this the U.S. model reel or JDM? Is the main gear brass or aluminum? Couldn't tell from the video. Also, is the main shaft pinion steel or aluminum?

The main gear bearing is 5x9x3mm.. Others are 4*7*2.5mm.

I don't know why Daiwa uses a plastic bushing for the main gear. The bearing only costs several dollars, but it can make a really different reel.
