I apply that grease to daiwa steez sv tw, daiwa steez A2, Daiwa Dillon sv tw and so on. They all works good. With a 1/16oz jighead and the steez sv tw, I caught a 24-inch speckled due to the smooth drag system.
@@LeisFishingLife I think all this forum talk.... you need to use Cal's grease for drag systems is BS ..... I use Corrosion-X ReelX grease, and ReelX oil which the grease has a high drop point of over 550°F per spec's Cal's grease has a dropping point of over 500°F per there spec's Cal's must use's for reel drags systems as you see all over the forums, I believe is BS! I cant find the spec's for Penn Reel grease but I would bet its also up around 500°F
@@LeisFishingLife great, thanks for the quick reply, I've had it for a few days and during the first maintenance I also replaced the knobs and worm gear, best regards.
Thanks for the upload. Is this the U.S. model reel or JDM? Is the main gear brass or aluminum? Couldn't tell from the video. Also, is the main shaft pinion steel or aluminum?
Thanks for your advices. This video was made a few months after I created the channel. I am trying to improve the contents for the audience as much as I can .
Hello, what is the size of the bearing instead of this plastic bushing for the main gear Regards👍
I check my amazon order and the size should be 5x9x3mm. It is for the 300-size. I am not sure of other sizes such like 100,200 or 400. Hope it help.
@@LeisFishingLife Thank you for the quick answer, I also have a Daiwa Tatula 300, best regards👍🤛

Thanks for watching. This is the U.S. model and looks like a bigger tattle 100.
I thought Tatula 300 was saltwater ready ...... I didn't see the FIRST rubber seal.
Yes, it should be as it has two crbb which is same as the new Daiwa Saltist sv tw.
What is the purpose of such vids , fast forwarding we are unable to see anything and it’s bad

Man slow down and talk a little this video might actually be useful lol
I don't know why Daiwa uses a plastic bushing for the main gear. The bearing only costs several dollars, but it can make a really different reel.
