I had been to Pakistan in 1994 when I was an MSc level student. I ate Chapli kabab in a streetside restaurant, somewhere between Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Still can't forget that amazing taste. But at this age, I don't even dare to try this recipe with so much fat. Love from Bangladesh 💜💜💜
I’d tried this recipe in Ramadhan 2020 lockdown and it turned out so so good. I made it again today and fetched plenty compliments. The masala recipe is good for any kachhe gosht ke kebab.
I tried this, was amazing, i did one thing different tho, i wanted my kabab to be juicy so i didnt take out the tomatoes inside, i diced it all even the insides. It tasted really good Alhamdulillah. If i had to make it again, i might try to leave the onion water in it too, im not sure tho, but i will definitely press a slice of tomato on top while frying like shown in other chappal kabab videos, it changes the tasts and overall texture so much. Some people here in comments are saying it's too much full of fats and risky for health as if one has to eat them daily. People drink poisonous cold drinks and and eat bakery items full of sugar on daily basis but they have no problem with it but they are smart enough to criticise a food channel and food choices of others.

@@sidrahoney9702 hi there, the kababs will be soft and perfect texture. Mince meat does not require Raw Papita because when the meat is processed into beef mince it automatically gets tenderized during the process. Hope this helps!

Wow after trying so many recipes this tastes more like the Chapli kebabs from the restaurant. I used cornmeal flour instead and didn't add the fat. Just need to make some mint chutney now!

Koki Ali I made about 16 of them and they all finished in one night! I didn’t cook it in beef fat though, I used olive oil. They’re good, but they’re not as good as the real Chappli Kababs in KPK. I’m a Pakhtun, so I have tasted good Chappli Kababs Lol. I say that you should try it! They actually taste really good.

My favorite dish while I lived in Dubai! In front from my apartment there was this restaurant called Patan Restaurant, and the chapli kebab there was simply amazing food! Miss it so much, I might try this recipe at home, obviously imposible to replicate here in Costa Rica!

The raw egg added to kababs is used as a binding agent. The cooked egg bits, like the tomato pieces and pomegranate seeds, are kept a bit big for classic chappal kabab texture.
@@SafaRaghib Mam, I got your point. But being a cook I would request you to try to put some corn starch or Gram flour or All purpose flour. Just use very less to bind it only. Secondly, raw egg and cooked egg would not give the good taste. Because I have tried the way you cooked it. This might can give you the flavor but not to everyone. Anyway, try once what I have mentioned. Or Rest you can follow your heart.

They were falling apart at firsl. But you've to be very careful. Just flip when one side is completely cooked. It wont break this way

Boss!!!! Apki recipe c chapli kabab banaye 1st time ever i used all spices from my kitchen for this kabab, zabardast bany idea nahi tha k itny achy banegy. Bhai office ly gia tu kisi ko b yaqeen nahi aya k ghar k bany hain 😊 n mery abba marhoom hamesha mujh c chapli kabab hi banwaty thy agr wo hoty tu waqai bohot khush hoty. Afsoos ho raha hai k apki recipes kabhi nahi banai or jb banai (chapli kabab) tu baqi sb channels ko chapal hi lagai
Sun kar bahot khushi huai. Bus in choti choti khushion kay liye hi tu hum sab itni mehnat kartay hain. Allah App kay abba marhoom to Janat main ala mukam se. Ameen.

Could you please explain why did you add omlette with one raw egg and how would it enhance the flavor.
The raw egg added to kababs is used as a binding agent. The cooked egg bits, like the tomato pieces and pomegranate seeds, are kept a bit big for classic chappal kabab texture.

But being a cook I would request you to try to put some corn starch or Gram flour or All purpose flour.
Just use very less to bind it only.
Secondly, raw egg and cooked egg would not give the good taste.
Because I have tried the way you cooked it.
This might can give you the flavor but not to everyone.
Anyway, try once what I have mentioned.
Or Rest you can follow your heart.
I was thinking the same, especially if the prepped meat was kept in the fridge and fried next day ..
