Very good presantation.
I sometimes find the abnormal flexion scarier than no response at all! I've had a couple of these and when I rubbed their sternum all of their extremeties flexed outward. It was really strange to witness.
CT images showed massive intracranial hemorrage. 😮

The difference is in the fact that a 4 means he can't comprehend who or what is causing pain, the patient just move away from pain. With a 5 the patient knows who or what is causing pain, and try to push away the leading cause!
