Started my clinical this week and I had to perform a head to toe assessment on a patient and yes this was something that we had to chart Ty for the video ❤
This was extremely helpful, I'm currently in my last year of nursing , and I'm doing my clinical placement on a stroke unit, and the GCS is a mandatory assessment , so this aloud me to get a better understanding of it. Thank you :)
