🤔Thinking of Moving to Maryland?😁 ➡️ Looking to buy a new home: lbt8dh8u0fr.typeform.com/to/WaZzXbC9 ✅Frederick New Construction Comparison Guide: brazen-basil-80228.myflodesk.com/ni3i2w788p ✅Frederick Guide:brazen-basil-80228.myflodesk.com/qvlfifqy7y
Most of the places are for the wealthy and even then, not the best. I personally would suggest the following towns: Westminster, Frederick, Hagerstown, Frostburg, Easton, St Michaels, Annapolis, Havre De Grace, Thurmont, Sharpsburg, Middletown, lots of charming towns in Maryland, sometimes it's worth a longer commute to live in Mayberry
Yes, your money will go ALOT further in Western, Maryland! Keep in mind though, Annapolis is by no means a cheap area to live. Home prices can creep into the millions before the blink of an eye.
All depends on what you are looking for. Maryland offers a lot of different options based on the neighborhood and amenities that you would like to have.
So don’t consider moving to any of these places unless you have mucho moolah. Wanna add to the awful traffic? Do you like banging carts in the overcrowded grocery stores? Fighting for parking spaces? Come on over! Experience the lovely road rage!
I have lived here for over 40 years, and moat people know are trying to move out of this over taxes high crime state. Your video puts forth a dangerous fantasy that this state is worth raising a family in.
All depends on where you are living! I have really enjoyed growing up in Maryland. No matter where you go in the country there will be hotspots with larger crime rates.
I'm not sure how you can live in Maryland and not add Columbia which is the number one in Maryland and voted the number 1 in the country year after year
Make a video for folks that make less than a hundred thousand. Best places were average working folks can live. This was a bit much! Their are many good places to live in Maryland were you don't have to make the BIG bucks!
I grew up in Harford County, I left years ago, don't move to MD if you don't have any real reason, it's so poorly run, it's expensive and Baltimore trash have damaged the whole state. MD is big on section 8 and putting useless thugs in what used to be safe small towns.
He never mentioned anything about Carroll county, Anne Arundel county, or Baltimore County, and even the rest of the state. There are still great places to live in MD besides those places he mentioned. All those places have very high property tax.
Totally agree! I pulled from personal experience living near these areas, as well as Niche.com. All areas you mentioned for sure have tons of Pros, including lower property tax as well no doubt.

What about Columbia Maryland?
The way you pronounce Ellicott city makes me think you’re not a native Marylander. Lol
Elli ket is how I always hear it sound like

Sean is so resourceful and proactive I watch these videos all day while I R2P
Personal Preference! Went to school/lived in Columbia for a couple years and was not my favorite. No doubt though, the amenities and mall are great.
Yeah...what about Columbia?

So which among this list is the most affordable place to live in? My maximum budget for a home is $300,000
Lots of places, just depends on what you are looking for in an area/home. Feel free to reach out, we can discuss further!
Didn't Ellicot City get washed out by flash floods bruh?
Yes, they have had problems in the past with flooding. But, in my opinion that does not change how charming/ beautiful the area is.
