WTF? First Frederick is way outside the area so god forbid you meet someone that far away. Rockville is not a singles area. Any bar is closed way before midnight and housing is very expensive. Bethesda and Potomac....very expense to live, crappy nightlife, and snobby people. All close early. Baltimore is scary at night. DC is a parking nightmare and the trains add an hour commute. There are 80% less quality places to party at night vs 20 years ago. No one wants to live in the areas he is talking about. Park and Rose is another "snob" hub. All massively expensive and people move out of these areas. Dont' listen to a damn thing this guy says. Lot of overprice areas, fake people, and shitty nightlife.

Do not judge a book by its cover. Don't buy a home by looking at its looks. The build quality is so poor, if someone whispers in the master bedroom, it can be heard in the great room below. Their options quickly escalate the price to astronomical level, wish they mentioned that before. The game starts with options pricing. They can be all over the place. Is there a tot lot or a clubhouse or any common space for the occupants to enjoy the space for people to walk or run. The homes are so tightly packed, they feel like detached townhouses. Look at final layout. There will no view or breathing space left, once it is completely built out.

When you said great schools , did you mean Thomas Johnson Middle School. Why only mention about the High school, please also throw some light on the elementary and middle schools
