ESG Strategies in Global Footwear

This Coffee Break will provide an introduction to how ESG is tied into sustainability initiatives within the global footwear industry at Caleres to use more environmentally preferred materials, reduce supplier waste, reduce emissions, and support social responsibility within their supply chain.

Andee Burton has been in the footwear industry for over 10 years in many different roles from design, development, and most recently is the Director of Product and Sourcing Sustainability at Caleres. In her current role she has the opportunity to work with amazing teams that represent Caleres’s 15 brands to create more eco-conscious products through our initiatives with environmentally preferred materials, supplier waste reduction, supplier social responsibility, and emission reductions.
