    This filled 6 small croissants
    You may want extra pudding for just eating. 😊
    Pistachio Pudding
    1/3 cup chopped pistachios
    1 teaspoons oil ( I used pistachio)
    Reserve some for topping the croissants
    Crush those in food processor
    Oil is optional
    In small amounts some food processors won’t reach all that’s being blended
    Add a splash of milk or pudding to adjust consistency to your liking. Some like the chunky pistachio and some want it creamy
    This gets added after pudding starts to thicken
    It likely will thicken just fine if all combined
    In the beginning
    1 tablespoons melted butter
    1 cup of milk
    1 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/2 teaspoons oil
    1/2 tablespoons pistachios syrup
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    Simmer just until thickened
    Then add
    The 1/3 cup chopped or blended pistachios
    Simmer again for just 1 more minutes until
    You reached desired consistency
