Since Meursault has 99 bleed and Echoing Cry does 5% more damage per 1 bleed, given 99 potency/count (wording is a bit ambiguous) of bleed then that would be 495% more damage (545% with Prey Mark). Assuming no Prey Mark and 2 reuses from Starbuck's Ego (3 base power plus seven coins of 3 power since there is no Prey Mark), then Meursault would take approximately 520 damage. Assuming that Chains of Others was the last used ego, then the gluttony weakness makes that 1040 damage or a little more than 5 BL Meursaults worth of damage. Assuming the same situation but with Prey mark (no coin power boost from the attack's passive so we have 2 coin power, but now we have a damage boost of 545%), we get around 420 damage, or 840 with Chains of Others last used, a little over 4 BL Meursaults. I hope that answers the original question and apologize if I made any calculation errors (it's pretty late where I live)!
