That skill has a base roll of 8 and clashes at a *minimum* of 10 with conditionals, so even without coin power the enemy has to roll at least more than a single head in order to win.
I wish RingSang s2 reuse anim wasnt like in 1 burst but like wingbeat where he dashes side to side while he stares at the enemy because that would've been much more fun imo.

And then Outis being at the very least decent id for bleed teams, if you have at least 1 more status other than bleed, like nails and/or gaze from N Faust. And one of the most satisfying asmr-like sound design. Yeah. I will shard Yi Sang.
While I do like the new ring IDs and agree they're pretty busted (Yi Sang is probably the best ID since Kimsault), I can't help but feel a bit disappointed that the best unit for inflicting bleed is still a Walpurgis 00. I was hoping these would be the IDs that finally fix bleed.

Why is nobody talking about Ring Outis? She also shares similar reuse coins, albeit doesn't reach as high but she still wrecks. Like 9-13-17-21 Outis, 18-28-38 Yi Sang.
Outis' main strong suit is that her S2, inflicts 5 bleed count, basically enables bleed teams outside MD, it's also a Wrath Pierce Cloudcutter so her damage is amazing. Her S3 is just kinda disappointing, 2 coins with no damage multiplier, inflicting random potency doesn't help you next turn, her haste is fine as a support tool tho.
They are pretty alright, you could smt like nfaust(since gaze and nails both count as debuff and hex nail too), and liu rodion since kk rodya is kinda mid, honestly any debuff id with lust skills are good. pirate gregor is also really good even tho he doesn’t have a lust skill since he’s good at bleed and garden of thorns is great for reso teams
I think tremor and burn are probably gonna be the best teams to slot them in because the statuses aren't consumed on hit. Potency isn't really an issue with burn so you can afford to lose out on it a bit.
