I got her after spending 60sq and 9 tickets. I'm so glad she didn't drain all of my SQs for summer. Though, I'm still debating whether I should try get her to NP2 or not.
I'd probably just be happy with nP 1 since I have a friend with an NP4 castoria to be fair all he had was 4 stars so I'm happy for him rather than being jealous but its a pain if I face enemies with a charge remover

Big regret on my part 😭 But I still was able to save hehe Summer banners on NA was more cruel I didn't get BB or another copy of CasGil to NP 5 him :,) 200+SQ and 10+ tickets on summer banners only got me one summer ushi as my gold servant I'm freaking sad

Also every main story quest regardless if 0 ap no battle and battle, you get sq fragments depends on the number of arrows, and this applis from fuyuki to olympus and it's retroactive, so those fragments they get are from the past main story quests they cleared
My plan also to get Arjuna Alter next year, that guy is broken to a level you just need him solo to destroy the whole enemy team xDD Time to save again!

They already added the pity system in JP during January 2022. You need around 900 sq to activate the pity system
