Lol I once had a coach ridicule me for calling this a ballerina - "it's an upright Allegra," she told me. I said, "well sure, but it's also a ballerina with the hand on the outside of the leg instead of the inside of the leg." Whatever it's called, it is absolutely a classic.
I agree! Sometimes also called a Capezio split. So many names for so many pole moves. Whether we get the names right every time isn't the important part because all that really matters is if we enjoyed doing the moves.
