I can definitely relate to what Monaleo was saying about patience and discipline. You have expectations for yourself and if you feel like it can't be achieved immediately, it's a huge letdown and makes you take your failure personally. The pessimism too, I don't put enough focus or care about thinking optimistically.
I've never had a suicide attempt before but the presence of suicidal thoughts in my life is what made me click on this video, and I really know exactly what Monaleo was talking about. Now that she's a survivor, I hope I can learn from her full journey and get to the place she's in right now using her advice.

For some reason this just feels like a interrogation interview. Like something I would watch on the first 48. Not the best interviewer I watched her first interview she was talking about and it was a complete 180.

ohhhhhh shes just really smart on how she presents yourself you would think she is coming for you for real, but this shows shes really human and just a really hard worker , ppl wonder why we go hard for our rappers this is why ppl like her and megan have good morals they know what they are doing, so inspirational.
Because finally somebody says it like it is! Women are sick and tired of getting played. I’ll be honest every time I get sad about the idiot that tried playing me I put on her song first draft pick and it lifts me up… I feel better after that. So she has no idea how inspirational this is and how helpful it is for women to wake up to this lying men! She is tremendously talented and has so much wisdom about men..
Have you tried changing the kind of men you pick aka Future vs Russell Wilson type? If his momma didn't raise him and if he's a street guy, he's probably going to be a scumbag, it's crazy to me how most women don't see that.

There are things called red flags, for instance if a woman has 10 kids by 5 baby daddies, that's a fucking red flag do not date her. I want to be her friend she seems so nice and fun to talk to and just interesting, so glad she was able to be so open and honest about those thoughts and attempts, like you KNOW this helped someone, including me! Dang I’m confused on why the interviewer seemed shady. Who asks a suicide survivor to go into great detail and down a timeline that’s too much. And then brought up how often she talks about it and that she hasn’t spoke about it in other interviews….. like wtf it’s like he was trying to accuse her of using suicide for clout or something and make her “prove” she was actually suicidal. Very weird I wouldn’t work with him again but she held it down classy and well ❤️

He asked dumb questions. But yeah she’s right. After a suicide attempt those mental hospitals feel like prison. The group sessions help tho. I did the same thing she did. I’m glad she’s a survivor also.
