Thanks for the great info Bill. I’m a Tampa musician with some downtime on Mondays and Tuesdays so I’ve been thinking of dabbling in Uber Eats. Very impressed by the weight loss journey too. Keep it up! Maybe I’ll see ya around.
In my area I seem to be the only bike delivery guy, although I have run into a guy doing his on an electric scooter which is pretty cool too.I like bike better because of the health benefits.
It all comes out to determination and good physical health. My legs gave up after two deliveries im 53 and out of shape. So its takes getting used to do this gig. But its a good supplemental income job
I actually have an electric scooter, I am ordering a seat for it and I am going to try and sign up as a bike since there is no electric scooter option, the scooter goes fast and I'll carry my charger with it, I have a bag, just need a phone holder
Gotta say the bag is gonna be a lifesaver just bought an Uber bag on eBay that's even nicer than yours when I did it in the past a regular backpack wasn't cutting it well
You know I love you already !! I appreciate the work you do. I do Uber Eats on my footbike called Swifty. Yeah man its hard but its fun. What a nifty bag.
I liked and I subscribed. Your videos we're helpful as I'm starting out with Uber eats in and around Clearwater Florida. However they would have been better slower not fast forwarded. Thanks again and good luck to you.
A few more tips, Do not EVER use cable lock on your bike cause it takes the thief 10 sec to steal it and they steal a lot of bikes áll over Florida especially from us Uber riders..Get a decent U lock or folding lock or a high quality heavy chain lock. You also need helmet, front and back light , face mask since it's covid, water, power bank if you stay out more than 3-4 hours cause your phone will die.. 😊 👍
How can I sign up for this to use a bike every time I download the app to sign up it takes me directly to put in my registration and driver license but I don’t have that vehicle anymore 🤦🏼♂️I’m trying to basically restart the sign up process
Are you being paid per delivery or hourly? And also, how much can a rider earn from a delivery of 2kilometers, I'm into delivery here, and i earn per delivery not hourly so please i need your answer
I've been looking to get into this in St.Pete (FL, not Russia) I'm an inline skater though. I've been told that others have done this, and I think it would be really cool. I'm beyond capable of carrying a bag and skating in a city without falling, what could go wrong?
Hello Vince, I live in Tampa. Yes we do have mild winters, but the summers can be brutal. I had to take some bit of time off to deal with family issues. I hope to be back at it this week.
@@ubereatsbill5420 I’ve been recently doing part time ubereat on my bike in Brooklyn. I enjoy bike riding and getting some exercise. So I thought why not get paid at the same time. Good luck with your ubereat in Tampa.
Guys do you have any experience delivering with e-bikes? I'm afraid it'll get stolen while I'm getting food or delivering to a person... even though I have a d-lock and an alarm
also have alarm...honestly doing deliveries we can keep eye on bikes most of the time and only out of sight for a brief time some places you can bring inside most thieves are looking for easy unlocked or cheap cable lock targets not sure what else we can do
I'm currently 17 and turn 18 next week and been highly considering doing ubereats/doordash for some money on my ebike once I can, I'll work from @-@ and from 5-9 for at least 5 days a week: I've heard these times will be the most profitable, how much would you estimate me to earn each week doing so? Also any suggestions/recommendations? Thanks
Hello, nice to hear you are getting started. It really depends on where you are and where you are delivering. I would expect to earn between about $100 per night on average. It should increase as you you learn more about what you are doing and some shortcuts.
Good content. I'll be moving to Tampa in about a month and thought of doing this. I'm so burnt out on working warehouse jobs, and just the whole job in general. Seems like decent money for bike delivery, didn't think could make that much. I plan on doing it fill time trying to make at least $100 a day or more 🤙👍 are the orders pretty steady 9n a bike?
You don't have a car or do you just use a bike because you want to? Using a bike would have been good for me at 16-18 because i did'nt have license. of crouse where i live you can't deliver for uber unless your 19. By then i had driver license. Do wonder how things would have played out if uber eats been around in the early 2000's. Back when I had a hard time getting a job none of these apps exist.
Hey man, great video and really awesome attitude. Loved your way of talking :) Are you on Instagram? Lemme follow you, I'm starting UberEATS this weekend in Toronto.
I just signed up to deliver on the bike myself. I just lost my job and I don't have a car so this is a lifesaver.
Just watch the cars. Lots of impatient drivers. Stick to sidewalks and be predictable.
I enjoy it. I try and follow the rules of the road as much as possible.
@@ubereatsbill5420 do we need driving license for sign up bike delivery ?
They Uber require a background check to deliver with bike?
Sorry to hear that! I’m here if you need to talk.

Just bought my E bike after dashing and ubering for over five years in a car. Very Excited

Sadly in Niagara region theres no bike option. This would have been a perfect job for me
Bike lock should be an essential item right? Not a recommendation...
Awesome Video Bill ! Good job. These are the essentials, for real. I love your real bicycle and not the electrical ones.
What difference does it make?
Im thinking of doing this on my days off my job is a little well not slow but its not like it was before
Tell us more about your stats. How many pounds you've lost each week, how many miles you rode, your favorite order?
God bless you my friend imma try this real soon!

Can you tell me which iPhone bike holder you got ?
Thank you Bill
wow this is exactly what I needed
how can i sign up for a bicycle its always show me to registration for the vehicles

the cable is just a extra deterrent and will go through my front wheel...the main lock will go on my frame
Im In sarasota
got lights, helmet, phone mount, mirror, bell,(my front light actually acts as a power bank with usb connect so thats cool for now ...
How do you switch from car to bike? Trying to do Amelia Island.
As far as riding with the bag. Do you just hold it, wear it like a backpack, or have you installed a carrier thing on your bike since uploading this?
How to you put it on your bag
Hey Bill, Do you still have the bag? I just signed up I live in Tampa.
How fast can you go delivering in a car with a bicycle account?
I recently lost my job and i am planning to do this. I think its never late but i am worried about snow days 🥺

Sorry about the wind!
Hey Bill, I came to pay attention🤓. I started in Jan.

Positive guy!
Does Houston have bike delivery option??
So does it show you the distance you have to travel before you accept the order?
Yes, it does. It gives the app gives you the total distance from where you are, to the restaurant and then to the delivery spot.
I've been looking to get into this in St.Pete (FL, not Russia)

This guy is so nice
hi does you app shows pick up and drop-off loaction when you got delivery request from uber?
The app will show you where you will pick up the order and an apporximate location of the drop of address.
Does Uber do a background check to sign up with bike?
yes
What city u doing ubereat at? Look warm all year round
