- An out-of-body experience (OBE), is a phenomenon in which a person perceives themselves as being spatially separated from their physical bodies. During an OBE, one might experience a feeling of floating and looking down at their own body from a bird's-eye perspective, or they may feel as though they're existing in a different location altogether.
Out-of-body experiences are sometimes classified as a type of dissociative experience that occurs when individuals detach from an integrated sense of self and the physical world around them. They are frequently associated with altered states of consciousness, such as those induced by hypnosis, meditation, sensory deprivation, or NDEs.
In a spiritual context, out-of-body experiences are often viewed as evidence of a non-physical, spiritual dimension of human existence. Many cultures and spiritual traditions interpret OBEs as the temporary liberation or journey of the soul or consciousness from the physical body. These experiences are often described in terms of astral projection or spiritual travel, and they play a central role in various mystical, esoteric, and shamanic practices. However, it's important to note that these interpretations often extend beyond the boundaries of empirical science and enter the realm of metaphysics or spirituality.
To Increase your chances of having an out-of-body experience, you should attempt to reduce stimulation to your other senses and reduce the likelihood of distractions as much as possible.
Sight: Turn off any lights within your visual perception, or wear an eye mask.
Hearing: Turn off anything nearby that emits a sound, or wear headphones.
Smell: Ensure there are no smells that could distract you or light your favorite incense or candle.
Breathing: Deep breath in, hold it, and release. Steady, controlled breathing until you find your rhythm.
Taste: Hydrate yourself with water. This will reduce any stimulation to your tastebuds through dilution.
Touch: Get comfortable. Whether that's sitting in a comfortable position or lying down. The effects are amplified if you are fasting or have an empty stomach.
These things are optional but recommended. However, if you can do all of these things, it will improve your chances and increase the likelihood of a more powerful experience. Good luck, and enjoy! 🙏

Its 2am and I couldnt sleep. I'm not in a good place, and this song just helped me sit down with my thoughts in the dark. This fast-paced world didn't let me have this moment that I didnt know I needed. Anyone reading this if you're in a bad place, just know that this time will pass and I wish you all the strength to go through your hurdles. Your family and closest friends dont know your problems because you dont want to let them down or you're afraid they might think about you in a negative way. Maybe you dont have anyone to share your problems with. I get it, we all do.

I listened to this last night for the first time and whild I didn't have an OBE, I had no problem getting out of bed. I have struggled with getting out of bed often in the past, but I think I just found my new favorite sleep track! Will definitely be listening to it again tonight!

Watched in a dark room with earbuds on two tabs I can’t even explain to you what it felt like all of my senses and different muscles where firing to the music it felt like a massage from the universe the amount of I emotions went through are insane I could see and feel the universe laying it’s hands on me I could see the dmt aliens comforting me they would disappear to the music change and make me feel like everything can go wrong so fast then would be back to comfort me I can’t explain unless you been there
I do. I've seen it. Good job. The Aliens are the eyes of God. God is Energy. We are filled with Energy, all deeply interconnected through a web of memories and fractals.
Sally took my hand and showed me that reality is constructed in a huge factory run by little hidden creatures. While I was distracted by the beauty of that machine she surprised me by showing me that I'm one of the creatures in that cosmic factory as well, who is merely suffering from the illusion that I'm a human living in the Universe that we think we know. As I was coming to grips with that, she showed me that myself and all the other creatures running the machine are actually just singular, primal points of observation -- possessing no other actual attributes than the pure ability to know. Before I could process all of this I was gently transformed back into my body and sent home again.

Guess I should throw my hat in as well. To anyone suffering domestic abuse, there is a way out. You are good enough. There is nothing you could have done differently to prevent what was done to you. You've been manipulated emotionally and abused in more ways than you care to count. My friend, it is never too late to do the right thing by yourself. I'm a 100% permanent and total disabled Marine Corps veteran from the early Desert Storm era. All for mental health.
So, I'm fairly messed up.
BUT! I'm telling you ... the $1,600. a month has been worth every penny. 💯 % life saving.
The chronic su*cidal ideation?
It's gone!
I don't wake up every day FURIOUS that I'm still alive.
The excruciating depression sadness has loosened its grip on me for the FIRST time in 3 decades.
I'm not having as many PNES episodes! (PNES = psychogenic non-epileptic seizures from severe conversion disorder)
I had to sum it all up for one of my VA doctors:
"It's like waking up from a 30-year coma!"
Like living in a foggy dream.
Colors are brighter!
Oh! & when I listened to some old country songs I used to sing (semi-professional) ...
Absolute JOY!!! I was sooooo overwhelmed, I wept for over an hour! Singing along through the tears.
Insomnia has been a huge problem past 2 decades. After starting ketamine, I slept for 8 hours for the 1st time in YEARS!
Now, it's not helping my agoraphobia component of my PTSD. Which is a shame ... cuz I really really need help with it.
After speaking with my team of VA doctors this week ... cuz they're studying my ketamine therapy results like I'm a lab rat! LOL! Have you ever seen a psychiatrist drool? 🤣
So, I may be the key to getting the VA hospital(s) to implement ketamine therapy for our veterans!!!
THAT would be a total SCORE!
I don't care how much I've paid out of pocket if it gets my fellow veterans this life SAVING therapy!
And guess what? The VA already has their psychiatric ketamine therapy protocol all done! They just need to get turned on for funding!
Omg. I could write a book.
