Sometimes the music takes over, the giggle box turns on, and we’re having the time of our lives within minutes. It’s the best kind of workout when you can relax and be YOU and still work up a sweat with quick feet choreography and total body cardio moves. You know the song…now learn the moves!
FIT TIP: Make sure to clear the area and give yourself plenty of room! The dramatic element of this choreography calls for big steps, big arms, and big personality! Each move is executed with a small hop in the step, so stay on your toes to improve agility.
