As a driver for ‘ Whippet Coaches’ who operate services for ‘ FlixBus’ to Bradford, Derby and points in between I just want to say that this is a learning curve for us. We are going to cities and towns we have never been to before. There will be teething problems until we are all familiar with the routes. There may have to be alterations to the schedules to allow more time. The good thing is the very cheap fares that are on offer. I am sure our customers will be understanding while we help FlixBus establish their network throughout the U.K. Lookout for new routes starting shortly. Great video. Thanks for your support and tell your friends to catch the green coach. All our coaches should be in full FlixBus livery within the next few weeks. Cheers. Subbed.
Hiya and thank you for your message! I must say from my experience I was very impressed with the operator, with a lovely comfy coach and expert drivers representing Flixbus is a superb fashion. Aye I do understand changes will be made as I must admit some of timings are rather optimistic but regardless the drivers have done an epic job so far at providing a good service for new customers and I will certainly be using the 002 London service again in the future. Thank you for your support towards the channel and I'm really glad you enjoyed the video!
Thanks a lot for this video - I like your natural and clear style of verbal presentation. I saw a big green Flix Bus in Leeds this afternoon and wondered what it was doing this far North? (wondered if it was lost**!!) Anyway it's the first I've heard about Flix starting up in the UK and Iwill be booking a day trip to London in a week or so - it looks like a comfortable journey and excellent value - so thanks for sharing your trip .... it's been very helpful and I enjoyed listening to you.
Hello and thank you for your kind words I'm really glad you enjoyed the video! It was a super trip and I do certainly recommend trying them out as for the bargain price at the moment it is certainly worth it
Sorry about the late comment. Nice report! I’ve done the full UKBUS 001 from Newcastle to London and was fun. I’m currently in the process of modelling a FlixBus Levante hoping to get it done within the next few weeks
Aye well when it comes to the return trip just ensure you are at London Victoria Station within plenty of time and you shouldn't have an issue. I hope you enjoy your trip!
I’m thinking of doing this trip with my son for the day, is it relatively easy to walk from Victoria to Buckingham Palace, Trafalger Square and Big Ben? I’m not comfortable getting buses, tubes etc in a city I do not know
He leído comentarios negativos en otras páginas de flixbus, viajo en unos días londres a edimburgo y edimburgo a liverpool en las noches. Ya compre todo voy con 1 bebe y 2 adultos mayores. Debo preocuparme por esta empresa en uk?
@@AndMoreCentral the two versions have slight variations. The Boa Vista is specifically tailored to National Express requirements, whereas the Invictus is available generally to coach operators, although only Translink in Northern Ireland have purchased them so far. Both are mounted on Scania chassis.
the only other company to run the Scania Caetano decker is ulsterbus in Northern Ireland who call there the Invictus. national express only ordered there's after seeing the ulsterbus ones being built in the Factory in Spain. ulsterbus have 2 batches of them the first batch has a slightly lower roof but the 2nd batch are the same Hight at the NX Version
Nice to see a different coach operator, single tickets start at 99p!
Oh aye it sure is and with the bargain fares its certainly makes traveling about easier!

The double decker Caetano coaches are Boa Vistas in the U.K., Invictus in N.Ireland.
Ah thank you for the info, very strange that its the same type of coach but with 2 different names!

Thankyou gents very informative and helpful info 👍👌
Thank you for watching I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
I've been twice on their Bristol to London services which are worked by this operator and Turners Coachways using Van Hools.
Ah very nice, I hope to sample that service at some point soon as well
Maybe Fernbus Simulator will add UK connections with the Scania Caetano and etc.
Aye it would be good if they did, could be a similar setup the Euro Truck Simulator
@@AndMoreCentral Possibly
@@AndMoreCentral That would be a good concept.
I’m still looking forward to it. If it happens, then buying it would be worth it.
Is the whipit levante 2 formaly of national express?
Yep thats correct
Is it just Scania coaches that FlixBus use or do they use some Volvo coaches as well.
I know there are other coaches used however I am unsure if theres any Volvos on the network yet
Those double decker coaches are super common in Bristol
good to see flixbus london
Oh aye they are definitely taking influence in the capital!
Welp I didn't knew you were going to come to London and it's cool to see Flixbus in the UK and cool video.
Aye I kept it a secret as with covid restrictions in place I can't do meet and greets as of yet. Thank you I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
@@AndMoreCentral Yeah it's fine anyway.
great video very helpful

Ah thank you for the information, I know that NatEx aren't too fond of theirs sadly thus why they went back to single deck for the Levante 3 orders
I'm sure I saw this pass me at Meadowhall / Tinsley as I was on a TramTrain and saw a Flixbus and thought ooo.
I may have done although there are a fair few Flixbus workings during the day
There was always flixbus in the U.K. only it would usually start in Victoria coach station Head to Dover and then go to frwnce
Aye but it didn't have any UK stops except London, was merely an extension from the European network
@@AndMoreCentral yes. It’s nice to see them using some ‘uk’ busses
First my steak is back
Fair doos aha
