I hope the four pedals are a kind of test pre-stage for a complete rig with everything in it (like Helix / AXE-FX) - a complete board / rack would definitely be interesting.
IK is the only company that has the branding on their product, they have such a robust feature set in new Amplitube they should have released an all in one, at a highly competitive price point

I was concerned with the Pitch delay quality until I discovered that the "Out of Box" Pitch Presets are not fine tuned to eliminate artifacts. By adjusting both the "Filter" settings counterclockwise of each of the 3 possible pitches and the "EQ Gain" in the preferred minus dB range and "EQ Freq" (usually down towards 200Hz) much better pitch effects are possible. Experiment with "Perfect 5ths" (7 semitones) for Pitch 1, 2 and 3 and it ought to sound much more solid.

Any coinkydink its green like the super famous Line6 Delay? Also isnt Amplitube known for their plugins? Im guessing they will have plugins for all these pedals eventually??

Yes this is the new DL4 that never came out! The DL4 was a game changer but it had some audible tone suckage. If this was nothing but a modern DL4 it would be a winner, and it is that and more.
People get so worked up about weirdo ambient harmony delay. I’ve never used any of that and I suspect I am not the minority. Great digital, great tape and a nice ping pong are all I’ll ever actually use.Give me easy tap tempo and a few presets, that’s it!
Made in Europe not China does mean something. Labor matters. Environmental regulation matters.

I just don't get where IK thinks they can release a delay pedal at the same price as the very arguably best delay in the world, TimeLine
150 dollar difference in the US.... so they are not quite in the same price range. The Timeline is also older tech and many companies, Boss included, think that a faster CPU and higher sampling rate will result in a much better delay... they are all forgetting that Pete Celli from Strymon has ears that many of them are missing.
I hear you but I don't know why IK decided to up and get into the high end pedal market seemingly out of nowhere? Seems like a random/desperate move
The best delays are on the helix. Line 6 should release a standalone pedal that is smaller, I don't think their new dl4 has all of the delays but I could be wrong.

Strymon or Eventide are light years ahead of this thing... they sound 3d while this ik is sounding flat even in stereo.
Not Strymon inspired! It is Eventide inspired as is Strymon. Someone has never used an Eventide Harmonizer.
Talking more about the form factor and controls.
@@EytschPi42 Ah OK. You should really check out the eventide space or better yet get a hold of an old harmonizer. I happened to get an H3000 from my aunt because her boyfreind left it at her house and she didn't know what it was. She gave it to me because I played guitar and she knew it had something to do with music gear lol.
Boss did 200 or 500 I liked them better I think the sounds like crap.
